Collaboration & community are my jam

My work throughout the Mountain West aims to build community through place and stories. These efforts show up in historic buildings, rural downtowns, and unexpected corners, offering purposeful space from something once overlooked.

revitalization & placemaking

Collaboration and heart have fueled dozens of projects led by Jessica and her teams through the years, all sharing the mission to surprise and delight folks when they stumble into a shared space. This work shows up in historic buildings, rural downtowns, and unexpected corners, offering purposeful space from something once overlooked.

strategic communication & campaigns

Jessica has led campaigns with community partners for non-profits, local agencies, and small businesses that resulted in proven, measurable growth. These efforts often focus on fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement.

Reviving the Laramie Plains Civic Center: The organization's non-profit donor pool grew from zero to 300+, increasing public donation dollars by over $40,000 annually through strategic fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and community outreach.

Activating Downtown Laramie: Downtown Laramie successfully activated their summer event series with placemaking projects designed to connect the community to their town. Jessica created playful, story-focused pop-ups to reach across socio-economic sectors and bolster the bond between town and its people.

Critical Support for Micro-Enterprises: Within statewide partnerships with the Wyoming Women’s Business Center, Wyoming Business Council, and local economic development agencies, Jessica supported 400+ Wyoming small businesses and artists with urgent, one-on-one marketing guidance to navigate the global shutdown. This effort included offering webinar series, networking video calls, and crafting statewide "shop local" materials to reinforce the importance of local spending.
